The areas of the law that affect us the most as professional service providers are torts, remedies, contracts, property law, and administrative law. Each of these areas, in turn, have many subcategories. Every month we will focus on one aspect of the law by reviewing a case or cases to illustrate a point or several points. I also add my commentary in the "Legal Angle" section of each edition.

Premium Subscriptions are $125.00 (U.S.) for one-year of monthly issues (12 issues). As with regular subscriptions, each issue is delivered to your e-mail "Inbox" at the beginning of each month as an Adobe PDF (Portable Document Format) file. The case(s) that is discussed in each issue is delivered along with the newsletter in Microsoft Word format for easy search-and-find routines and for storing in your personal law library. All premium subscribers receive 18 hours of Continuing Education Units (CEU’s) with their yearly subscription.
